Member of the Board of Directors of Ferreycorp S.A.A. since 2011, as well as a member of its Board Innovation and Systems Committee (since 2016) and Chairman of its Investment Committee (since November 2019); he has also served as a member of the Board of Ferreyros S.A. since 2012. His extensive experience in the insurance sector includes serving as Vice Chairman of the Board and member of the Risk Committee of La Positiva EPS (2017 – March 2019); Vice Chairman of the Board of La Positiva Vida Seguros y Reaseguros (2005 – March 2019) and later Alternate Director (since March 2019), as well as Chairman of its Investment Committee and member of the Audit Committee (2016 – March 2019). Additionally, he was Vice Chairman of La Positiva Seguros y Reaseguros (1975 – March 2019), subsequently serving as Director (March 2019 – October 2022), and held the positions of Chairman of the Investment Committee and member of the Audit Committee (2016 – March 2019).

He has held numerous directorships, including La Positiva Sanitas (2012–2015), Transacciones Financieras S.A. (since 2000), Corporación Financiera de Inversiones S.A. (since 2005), Mastercol S.A. (2008 – August 2019), Dispercol S.A. (1998 – July 2018), and Sociedad Andina de Inversiones en Electricidad S.A. (since 1996). Furthermore, he serves as Chairman of the Board for Fundición Chilca S.A. (since 2010), Inmobiliaria Buslett S.A.C. (since November 2019), and Buslett S.A. (since 2013).

In the legal and philanthropic fields, he is a Founding Partner and member of Estudio Llona & Bustamante Abogados (since 1963), President of the Manuel J. Bustamante de la Fuente Foundation (since 1960), and a benefactor member of the Riva-Agüero Institute (since October 2017). His previous leadership roles include Chairman of Profuturo AFP (1993–1999) and member of its Executive Committee (1993–2010), First Vice President of Banco Interandino (1991–1995), Chairman of Banco de la Nación, and member of Peru’s External Debt Committee (1980–1983), as well as a Board Member of COFIDE (1980–1983) and foreign trainee at Shearman & Sterling in New York (1962–1963). He is an attorney at law, graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.

General Manager of Ferreycorp S.A.A. since 2008 and as a Director since 2020. Having joined Ferreyros in 1988, she held various positions within the Finance Division, serving as Finance Manager from 2001 to 2005 and subsequently as Deputy General Manager of the company. She is currently a Director for all corporate subsidiaries both in Peru and abroad and participates in several Caterpillar advisory councils involving its dealers. Her leadership extends to several boards, as she is a Director of the Canada-Peru Chamber of Commerce, Perú Sostenible, the Peruvian Institute of Economics (IPE), and InRetail; additionally, she serves as the President of Empresarios por la Integridad.

In the academic and institutional spheres, she is a member of the Advisory Board for various faculties at Universidad del Pacífico and the University of Engineering and Technology (UTEC), as well as a member of the Board of Trustees of Universidad del Pacífico, where she previously taught in the Master of Finance program. Her extensive board experience includes past roles at the Foreign Trade Society of Peru (ComexPerú), the National Society of Mining, Petroleum and Energy, Es Hoy, and the American Chamber of Commerce (Amcham Peru), where she served as President from 2018 to 2020. She has also served on the board of Procapitales, chairing its Corporate Governance Committee, and as a Director of IPAE.

From 2010 to 2013, she chaired the Companies Circle of the Latin American Corporate Governance Roundtable. Previously, she was a researcher and member of the Editorial Committee for publications by the Consorcio La Moneda. She holds a degree in Economics from Universidad del Pacífico and an MBA granted by Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez (Chile) and INCAE (Costa Rica). She was honored by the latter as the 2016 Distinguished Graduate and was named Businesswoman of the Year by IPAE in 2025.

Member of the Board of Directors of Ferreycorp S.A.A., having served as an independent member from 2011 to 2017 and again from 2020 to 2026; he has also been a member of the Board of Directors of Ferreyros S.A. since July 2012, where he sits on the Audit and Risk Committee and the Innovation and Systems Committee. Currently, he is a partner at Ortiz de Zevallos Abogados, Chairman of the Board of Consorcio La Parcela S.A., and a Director of Agrícola Comercial & Industrial (ACISA) and Port Nexus S.A., the operator of the Éten Multipurpose Port Terminal. Additionally, he serves as an advisor to the Board of Sindicato Minero de Orcopampa S.A., a company where he previously served as a Director between 1999 and 2009.

He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the National Society of Industries (SNI), having chaired its Textile and Clothing Committee until May 2021. His distinguished career in the public and private sectors includes serving as Vice Minister of Tourism and Vice Minister of Trade, as well as holding directorships at companies such as Inversiones Cofide, Fertilizantes Sintéticos, Prolansa (Armco Group), and Cervecería del Norte (Backus Group). Furthermore, he is the President of the Board of the Peruvian Textile Cultural Association, a Director of the Patronato de Lima, Ciudad de los Reyes, and served as President of the Club Nacional from 2002 to 2004. He holds a law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, where he has also served as a professor.

Chairman of the Board of Ferreycorp S.A.A. and Ferreyros S.A. from August 2020 to March 2026, having been a member of the Board of Ferreycorp since 2003 and of Ferreyros since 2012. He currently holds the positions of Executive Chairman and General Manager of Corporación Cervesur S.A.A., while also leading the boards of the group’s primary subsidiaries, including Alprosa, Creditex, Futuro Invest, Proagro, Servicios de Asesoría, Texgroup, and Transaltisa, among others. Furthermore, he chairs the boards of Euromotors, Altos Andes, Euro Camiones, Euroinmuebles, International Camiones del Perú, Renting, and Inversiones Sabancaya. He is also a director of Corporación Aceros Arequipa and CFI Holdings S.A.

His extensive leadership experience includes serving as President of the National Society of Industries (SNI) and as a member of its Executive Committee, where he continues to serve as a director. He also sits on the Board of ComexPerú, where he was previously an Executive Committee member. Additionally, he chaired the Arequipa Chamber of Commerce and Industry and held the pro tempore presidency of the Pacific Alliance Business Council. His past institutional roles include serving on the boards of Tecsup and the Peruvian-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

In the financial and insurance sectors, he has chaired the boards of Alianza Seguros y Reaseguros, Alianza Vida (Bolivia), La Positiva Seguros y Reaseguros, La Positiva Vida, La Positiva EPS, and Profuturo AFP, as well as serving as President of the Association of AFPs and Director of Banco del Sur. Previously, he was the Director and General Manager of Compañía Cervecera del Sur del Perú. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Hamburg (Germany), is a certified Master Brewer from Ulm (Germany), and completed the Program for Management Development at Harvard Business School, as well as the PAD program at the Universidad de Piura.

Independent member of the Board of Directors of Ferreycorp S.A.A. and Ferreyros S.A., where he also serves on the Audit and Risk Committee and the Innovation and Systems Committee. He acts as an independent member of the audit, risk, and/or oversight committees for Grupo El Comercio, Grupo D&C, Puerto Bahía Colombia de Urabá, and Fibra-Prime. Additionally, he is a member of the Board of Directors and the Finance, Audit, and Risk Committee of CARE Perú, and serves as an associate consultant at Lee Hecht Harrison (LHH-DBM Peru). He is also a founding partner of Masterboard, a firm that provides advisory board services for medium-sized and family-owned businesses.

During his tenure at KPMG in Peru, he held several high-level leadership roles: from 2004 to 2010, he was the partner in charge of the Transfer Pricing Division of KPMG Tax & Legal; from 2010 to 2013, he served as the lead partner for the Advisory practice; and from July 2013 to September 2016, he was a partner in Tax & Legal, responsible for Transactions, Transfer Pricing, Corporate Finance, and Business Development. His financial background includes nine years as the Head of Financial Control and CFO of Citibank Peru, as well as ten years as Vice President, member of the Executive Committee, and Director of Profuturo AFP.

He spent eight years leading the Professional and Medical Equipment business unit for Philips in Peru and Chile, following ten years of various responsibilities in the industrial and internal consulting sectors of the same company. During this period, he was stationed in the Netherlands for three and a half years as an international officer at Philips’ corporate headquarters. He has lectured and conducted conferences at various institutions. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and a Master’s in Industrial Administration from the Krannert Graduate School of Management at Purdue University (Indiana).

Managing Partner at Empathy, a design and innovation firm with a strong presence in Latin America. He served as the CEO of Delosi from 2020 to 2023, leading its transformation and growth during and after the pandemic. As a Partner at Insitum—a firm recognized by Fast Company as one of the top 10 most innovative companies in Latin America—he launched its Peruvian operations and led the global Organizational Innovation practice until its acquisition and integration into Accenture in 2019. Furthermore, he brings 10 years of experience from Kimberly-Clark.

He currently serves as an Independent Director for Grupo San Antonio, Puku Puku Café, Pulso Salud, Perú Sostenible, and Kunan. He is also a member of EsHoy and L+1, a mentor at Endeavor, a board member of TEDxTukuy, and a professor of strategy and innovation at PAD and the UTEC Graduate School.

An Industrial Engineer graduated from the University of Lima, he holds an executive specialization in marketing from ESAN Graduate School of Business, a Master of Design Methods from the IIT Institute of Design in Chicago, and an MBA from IDE Business School (part of the IESE network). Additionally, he is an Executive Scholar in Marketing & Sales from the Kellogg School of Management.

Executive with over 30 years of experience in corporate finance and investment banking, boasting a regional track record in the real estate, pharmaceutical, energy, oil & gas, and infrastructure sectors. As Corporate CFO at Grupo Centenario (2018–2024) and Grupo Química Suiza (2012–2018), she was responsible for finance, accounting, risk management, and technology, while serving as a permanent guest on boards and committees, including audit, corporate governance, and executive committees. In these roles, she spearheaded M&A operations exceeding USD 900M, as well as bond issuances and corporate debt structuring totaling over USD 1,000M.

Previously, as an investment banker at BBVA Peru (2007–2011) and BBVA Securities NY (2001–2007), she structured and syndicated project financing—for highways, energy, and oil & gas—across Mexico, Brazil, and Peru, exceeding USD 5,000M. Her career also includes experience at J.P. Morgan NY and Deutsche Bank Peru. She currently serves as an Independent Director at TGestiona and Enotria, is a member of the investment committee for the Macroconsult Investment Fund, and directs the CFO Executive Management Program at Pacifico Business School.

She formerly served as a Director for Paz Centenario and Censal Hoteles (2019–2024). She holds an MBA from The Wharton School (2000) and a degree in Economics from Universidad del Pacífico (1994), and has completed executive studies at IMD (2013) and Harvard Business School (2019). She is currently enrolled in the Board of Directors Program at IE Pacifico Business School-EY. Furthermore, she is an active mentor and a member of Women Corporate Directors.

Independent member of the Board of Directors for both Ferreycorp S.A.A. and Ferreyros S.A. since 2020. She holds independent directorships at Grupo Efe and Mapfre, serves on the Advisory Boards of the University of Lima and UTEC, and is a member of the Board of CARE. Currently, she also serves as Vice President of Amcham Peru. Since 2017, she has held the position of Senior Director of Channels for Latin America at Cisco Systems, and has served as a Trustee on the Cisco Foundation Board since 2020.

Her extensive leadership background in the technology sector includes serving as General Manager for Cisco Systems Peru and Bolivia, as well as Commercial Manager for Peru, Ecuador, and Bolivia. Previously, she held the role of Commercial Director at Microsoft Peru and served as General Manager and Alliances and Channels Manager at Oracle Peru. Additionally, she worked at Hewlett Packard as Channels Manager for Peru, Ecuador, and Bolivia, and as Sales & Service Marketing Manager, among other positions.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Administrative Sciences from the University of Lima, an MBA from Universidad del Pacífico, and a Master’s in Corporate Social Responsibility and the Environment from EUDE Business School (Madrid). Furthermore, she is certified in the Specialization Program for Directors by KPMG and PAD/IESE Business School and in Global Strategic Leadership by Wharton.

Senior executive with a global career spanning over 30 years in the Financial Services, Consumer Goods, and Telecommunications sectors, with a specialized focus on CFO roles, Governance, and Corporate Strategy. He possesses a proven trackable ability to lead critical transformation processes, including strategic acquisitions—such as Intercorp Financial Services’ acquisition of Seguros SURA—the implementation of SOX and IFRS compliance standards for NYSE listings, and the management of investment portfolios valued at up to USD 5,000 million.

His professional background includes regional and corporate leadership positions at Fortune 500 companies such as Kimberly-Clark, Estée Lauder, and Kraft Foods. He is particularly recognized for his expertise in redesigning operating models, managing post-merger integrations, and structuring bond issuances to strengthen corporate solvency.

He holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina and is certified in Corporate Governance. He combines a rigorous financial vision with expert leadership in optimizing synergies and driving strategic growth on an international scale.
